 Our Community Resource Hub is more than a relief station—it’s a safe, welcoming place where members can recharge both physically and emotionally. Here, people can sit down, enjoy a hot cup of coffee, and find reliable information to help navigate the challenges of a disaster. Staff and volunteers are on hand to answer questions, provide guidance, and connect families with the resources they need. It’s a place of comfort, connection, and support—ensuring that no one has to face uncertainty alone. 

 PrepVault’s deployment hubs are equipped with charging stations and reliable satellite-powered Wi-Fi, ensuring members can stay connected when traditional power and networks are down. Our charging stations support everything from cell phones and laptops to critical medical devices, giving families peace of mind that they can reach loved ones, access information, and keep life-saving equipment powered. Combined with our secure Wi-Fi, members can stay informed, connected, and safe—no matter how widespread the outage. 

 Beyond meals and connectivity, PrepVault ensures members have access to the everyday necessities that families can’t go without. Our deployments provide clean bottled water, essential hygiene products, baby supplies like diapers, wipes, and formula, as well as pet food for both dogs and cats. We know that true relief means taking care of the whole household—children, seniors, and even pets—so everyone has what they need to feel safe and cared for during a crisis.
